LifeOfDanDotMe it could be any number of things, but off the top of my head it could be 1) Mismatch of framerate between the webcam and the output framerate or 2) When you have obs open in the foreground it can sometimes take a lot of cpu showing the preview. Or it could just be a brief latency spike. :P
